I loved the bra hacks! I was washing and reusing the same two bras and avoided using my Spectra because I had to wear a specific bra to hold the pumps. This is super helpful, as that was one of the reasons I dreaded pumping. And I love the part where you state for the fridge hack - if it causes more stress, then it's not worth it - I think that's a great practice if something causes more stress, skip it.
